PRIVATE GATHER MAIN SITE RULES

Private Gather is an adults-only community for consenting adults. These rules apply to all members, profiles, posts, comments, messages, groups, albums, clubs, events, and other activity on Private Gather.
Violations may result in warnings, content removal, feature restrictions, suspension, or permanent account termination depending on severity.
1. YOU MUST BE 18 OR OLDER
Private Gather is strictly for adults.
- You must be at least 18 years old to use Private Gather.
- Every person represented on your profile must be at least 18.
- Every person appearing in photographs or videos uploaded to Private Gather must have been at least 18 when that content was created.
- Minors may not access or use another person's account.
- Do not upload childhood nude or sexual photographs of yourself or anyone else, even if the person depicted is now an adult.
Any suspected child sexual exploitation or child sexual abuse material may be immediately removed and reported to the appropriate authorities.
2. CONSENT IS REQUIRED
Consent is mandatory.
Do not:
- Pressure someone into sexual activity;
- Ignore a clear "no";
- Continue sexual contact after consent is withdrawn;
- Record someone without required consent;
- Share someone's intimate content without permission;
- Threaten, blackmail, or intimidate someone into participating in sexual activity; or
- Assume someone's profile, photos, lifestyle interests, prior activity, or messages mean they consent to anything.
Being on Private Gather does not mean someone consents to sexual activity.
Consent must be freely and separately given.
3. NUDITY IS ALLOWED IN DESIGNATED AREAS
Private Gather permits lawful, consensual adult nudity and sexually explicit content in designated areas.
Nudity may be posted in:
- Additional profile photos;
- Profile albums and galleries;
- Posts;
- Comments;
- Private messages; and
- Other areas specifically allowing adult media.
Nudity is not permitted in:
- Your primary profile photo/avatar; or
- Your primary cover photo.
Primary profile and cover images must remain non-explicit.
4. YOU MUST HAVE PERMISSION TO POST PHOTOS AND VIDEOS
Before uploading or sending a photograph or video, you must have the legal right to use it.
For intimate content, you must have the consent of every identifiable person depicted.
That means the person must have consented to:
- Being photographed or recorded; and
- The content being uploaded, shared, or distributed through Private Gather.
Permission to take a photograph does not automatically mean permission to post it.
Do not upload someone's content simply because you possess a copy.
5. NO NONCONSENSUAL INTIMATE CONTENT
The following are prohibited everywhere on Private Gather:
- Revenge porn;
- Nonconsensual intimate images;
- Hidden-camera sexual content created without legally sufficient consent;
- Stolen or hacked intimate photos or videos;
- Sexual blackmail or extortion;
- Intimate content shared after you have lost the legal right to distribute it;
- Sexual content depicting actual nonconsensual acts; and
- Sexually explicit AI-generated or manipulated images using a real person's recognizable likeness without their consent.
Private messages are not exempt from this rule.
6. ZERO TOLERANCE FOR MINORS AND CSAM
Private Gather has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse material or the sexual exploitation of minors.
Do not:
- Upload sexual or nude material depicting anyone under 18;
- Request sexual images from minors;
- Sexualize or groom minors;
- Share links to illegal child sexual content;
- Use Private Gather to arrange sexual contact involving minors; or
- Attempt to disguise prohibited material.
Serious violations may result in immediate account termination and reporting to appropriate authorities.
7. NO PROSTITUTION OR SEX TRAFFICKING
Private Gather is a social community, not a marketplace for commercial sex.
Do not use Private Gather to:
- Offer sexual activity in exchange for money;
- Purchase sexual services;
- Advertise prostitution;
- Arrange paid sexual encounters;
- Recruit for sex trafficking;
- Facilitate human trafficking; or
- Use coded language to disguise prohibited commercial sexual activity.
Lawful adult lifestyle discussions are permitted. Commercial sexual transactions prohibited by law are not.
8. NO HARASSMENT
Do not harass other members.
This includes:
- Repeated unwanted messages;
- Threats;
- Insults intended to intimidate;
- Stalking;
- Sexual harassment;
- Doxxing;
- Blackmail;
- Extortion;
- Threatening to expose another member's lifestyle participation; or
- Creating alternate accounts to continue contacting someone who blocked you.
If someone clearly asks you to stop contacting them, stop.
9. RESPECT BLOCKS
If someone blocks you, respect it.
Do not contact them using:
- Another account;
- A couple or group profile;
- A club or business account;
- A friend's account; or
- Any other method intended to get around the block.
Circumventing blocks may result in account suspension or termination.
10. NO FAKE OR DECEPTIVE PROFILES
Your profile must honestly represent who you are.
Do not:
- Impersonate another person;
- Pretend to be someone you are not;
- Misrepresent your age;
- Falsely claim someone is your partner;
- Create fake couples or groups;
- Steal another person's photos;
- Use someone else's verification;
- Create deceptive accounts to manipulate members; or
- Create new accounts to evade a ban.
Parody or clearly fictional profiles are not permitted unless Private Gather specifically provides a feature for them.
11. COUPLE AND GROUP PROFILES REQUIRE EVERYONE'S PERMISSION
If your profile represents more than one person, every represented person must:
- Be at least 18;
- Know that the profile exists;
- Agree to be represented;
- Authorize the use of their likeness; and
- Consent to applicable photos or videos being uploaded.
Do not add a partner, spouse, former partner, or other person to your profile without permission.
12. NO SPAM
Do not spam members.
Prohibited activity includes:
- Sending the same unsolicited message to large numbers of users;
- Mass friend requests;
- Automated messages;
- Repeated promotional messages;
- Phishing;
- Scam offers;
- Malware links; or
- Flooding posts and comments with advertisements.
Normal conversation and authorized club or event promotion are permitted in appropriate areas.
13. NO SCRAPING OR HARVESTING MEMBER INFORMATION
Do not collect Private Gather member information using automated or systematic methods.
You may not:
- Scrape profiles;
- Harvest email addresses;
- Harvest phone numbers;
- Build databases of members;
- Copy large amounts of profile information;
- Sell member information; or
- Use bots to extract community data.
14. DO NOT SHARE PRIVATE MEMBER INFORMATION
Respect other members' privacy.
Do not publicly share another person's:
- Home address;
- Phone number;
- Personal email;
- Employer;
- Legal name when they keep it private;
- Private messages;
- Private photographs;
- Intimate content; or
- Other sensitive personal information
without permission.
Do not threaten to "out" someone as a Private Gather member.
15. NO VIOLENCE OR CREDIBLE THREATS
Do not threaten, encourage, organize, or glorify actual violence against another person.
Prohibited conduct includes:
- Credible threats of physical harm;
- Threatening sexual assault;
- Encouraging someone to harm another member;
- Coordinating an assault;
- Facilitating drugging another person; or
- Threatening someone to force compliance.
Emergency situations should be reported to local emergency services.
16. NO SCAMS, FRAUD, OR FINANCIAL ABUSE
Do not use Private Gather to commit fraud.
This includes:
- Romance scams;
- Fake emergencies intended to obtain money;
- Payment fraud;
- Stolen credit cards;
- Investment scams;
- Cryptocurrency scams;
- Fake ticket sales;
- Fraudulent event listings;
- Identity theft; or
- Account takeover attempts.
17. CLUBS, HOSTS, AND EVENTS MUST BE HONEST
Club owners, hosts, and event organizers must provide accurate information.
Do not deliberately misrepresent:
- Event dates;
- Locations;
- Admission prices;
- Membership requirements;
- Age requirements;
- Amenities;
- Attendance;
- Rules;
- Refund policies; or
- Who is organizing the event.
Organizers are responsible for complying with applicable laws, licensing requirements, venue rules, and safety requirements.
18. DO NOT MISREPRESENT VERIFICATION
A Private Gather verification badge means only that the account satisfied Private Gather's applicable verification process.
Do not claim verification means Private Gather:
- Performed a criminal background check;
- Guarantees your identity in every respect;
- Guarantees your relationship status;
- Confirms your STI status;
- Endorses you; or
- Guarantees that you are safe to meet.
Do not create fake verification badges or graphics.
19. RESPECT COPYRIGHT AND OWNERSHIP
Do not upload content you do not have permission to use.
This includes:
- Copyrighted professional photos;
- Paid content copied from another website;
- Another creator's videos;
- Private subscription content;
- Stolen profile photos; or
- Other copyrighted media used without authorization.

20. NO MALWARE, HACKING, OR ATTACKS
Do not interfere with Private Gather's systems.
You may not:
- Hack accounts;
- Steal credentials;
- Introduce malware;
- Exploit vulnerabilities maliciously;
- Bypass access restrictions;
- Circumvent moderation or security systems;
- Conduct denial-of-service attacks; or
- Attempt unauthorized access to Private Gather infrastructure.
21. DO NOT ABUSE REPORTING TOOLS
Use reporting tools in good faith.
Do not repeatedly file false reports to:
- Harass another user;
- Retaliate after rejection;
- Target a former partner;
- Manipulate moderation; or
- Attempt to have someone unfairly banned.
False or malicious reporting may itself result in disciplinary action.
22. TAKEDOWN REQUESTS
If intimate content depicting you has been uploaded or distributed without your permission, you may request review and removal.
Requests may be submitted to:
You do not need to contact the uploader before contacting Private Gather.
Private Gather may temporarily restrict the content while reviewing the request.
23. KEEP PRIMARY PROFILE AND COVER PHOTOS NON-EXPLICIT
Your primary profile photo and cover photo may appear throughout the community.
They must not contain:
- Visible genitals;
- Explicit sexual activity;
- Explicit close-ups intended primarily to display genitals;
- Pornographic sexual acts; or
- Other content Private Gather classifies as inappropriate for primary profile or cover placement.
Lawful adult content removed from a primary or cover image may still be permitted in your albums, galleries, posts, comments, or messages.
24. AUTOMATED MODERATION MAY BE USED
Private Gather may use automated systems and human moderators to identify potentially sensitive or prohibited content.
Content may be:
- Classified;
- Blurred;
- Restricted;
- Held for review; or
- Removed.
A nudity classification alone does not mean you violated the rules.
If lawful adult nudity is permitted in the area where it was posted, the content may remain available subject to applicable verification and visibility rules.
25. DO NOT TRY TO EVADE MODERATION
Do not attempt to defeat Private Gather's rules or safety systems.
This includes:
- Intentionally altering prohibited images to bypass detection;
- Reposting material repeatedly after removal;
- Using alternate accounts after suspension;
- Using coded language to conceal prohibited transactions;
- Manipulating verification;
- Circumventing age restrictions; or
- Encouraging another member to violate the rules for you.
26. USE COMMON SENSE WHEN MEETING PEOPLE
Private Gather cannot guarantee that another member is safe.
Before meeting someone:
- Consider meeting in a public location first;
- Tell someone you trust where you are going;
- Arrange your own transportation when practical;
- Protect sensitive personal information;
- Do not rely solely on a profile or verification badge; and
- Leave any situation where you feel unsafe.
Private Gather does not control interactions that occur offline.
27. SEXUAL HEALTH CLAIMS ARE USER-PROVIDED
Do not assume that another user's claims about:
- STI testing;
- STI status;
- Contraception;
- Medications;
- Vaccination; or
- Sexual health
have been independently verified by Private Gather.
Members are responsible for their own health and safety decisions.
28. COMMUNITY DISAGREEMENTS
Not every disagreement is a rules violation.
Members may have different:
- Preferences;
- Boundaries;
- Opinions;
- Relationship styles;
- Sexual interests;
- Levels of experience; and
- Communication styles.
Disagreement alone is not harassment.
Members should use blocking tools when they simply do not wish to interact.
29. MODERATOR AND ADMINISTRATOR DECISIONS
Private Gather moderators and administrators may take reasonable action to protect the community and enforce these rules.
Possible actions include:
- Informal guidance;
- Warning;
- Content removal;
- Content restriction;
- Loss of features;
- Loss of verification;
- Temporary suspension;
- Permanent suspension; or
- Referral to appropriate authorities.
Severe violations do not require a warning before action is taken.
30. SERIOUS VIOLATIONS MAY RESULT IN IMMEDIATE PERMANENT BAN
Private Gather may immediately permanently ban accounts involved in serious conduct, including:
- CSAM;
- Sexual exploitation of minors;
- Sex trafficking;
- Human trafficking;
- Credible threats of violence;
- Sexual assault;
- Nonconsensual intimate imagery;
- Extortion;
- Serious fraud;
- Malicious attacks against Private Gather systems; or
- Attempts to evade a previous permanent ban.

32. FINAL RULE
Private Gather exists for consenting adults to interact with other consenting adults.
A simple standard applies across the community:
Be an adult. Be honest. Respect consent. Respect privacy. Respect boundaries. Do not exploit people. Do not endanger people. Do not use Private Gather for illegal activity.
