Where appropriate, content may be reviewed or reconsidered by authorized personnel.

6. CONSENT REQUIREMENTS FOR INTIMATE CONTENT

Private Gather requires consent for intimate content.

A member may only upload or distribute nude, sexually explicit, intimate, or similarly sensitive media when:

Every identifiable person depicted was at least 18 years old when the content was created
Every identifiable person consented to the creation of the content
Every identifiable person consented to the distribution or upload of the content through Private Gather
The uploader owns the content or possesses sufficient rights to distribute it

Information you intentionally share through profiles, posts, comments, albums, galleries, events, club features, or other member-visible portions of Private Gather may be visible to other users according to the applicable feature and your privacy settings.

Private Gather may provide privacy controls governing who can view certain information.

No online platform can guarantee that another person will never:

Take a screenshot
Photograph a screen
Copy information
Record information
Save content
Redistribute information without permission

Unauthorized redistribution may violate Private Gather’s Terms of Service and Community Rules.
